At Peaceful Escape, I understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be canceled. However, I require a minimum of a 24-hour notice in advance for all cancellations. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours notice will be charged 40% of the service. Any same day or No-shows will be charged the full-service fee. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation
